Shipping Policy

At Milliotone Inc., we work hard to ship your order quickly and accurately. Please review the shipping details below. If you have questions, contact us at inquiry@milliotone.com.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received (business days only).
  • Please make sure your shipping address, email, and phone number are correct at checkout to avoid delays.
  • If we need to confirm any details, we may contact you before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
  • Estimated transit times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after the shipping label is created.

Delivery Confirmation & Risk of Loss

An order is considered delivered once the carrier marks the shipment as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon carrier-confirmed delivery. This includes deliveries left at the location by the carrier (e.g., front door/porch, mailroom, reception area), unless signature confirmation is required.

Signature Confirmation (High-Value Orders)

To protect our customers and reduce theft/fraud, signature confirmation may be required for higher-value orders at our discretion. This may include:

  • Direct Signature Required
  • Adult Signature Required

If signature confirmation is required, the carrier will not release the package without a signature at the delivery address.

Missing Packages (Tracking Shows Delivered)

If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your package, please:

  1. Check around your property and with household members/neighbors/building staff
  2. Contact the carrier to request a delivery trace
  3. Report suspected theft to local authorities if applicable

We can assist by providing available tracking and carrier delivery documentation upon request.

Incorrect / Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Undeliverable addresses
  • Refused deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply. Refunds (if applicable) may exclude original shipping costs.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the shipping box/label
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
