Return & Refund Policy

 

  1. Samples & Color Variance

    • Due to monitor differences, lighting, and material characteristics, colors may appear different in person.

    • Customers are strongly encouraged to order a sample swatch before purchasing a full roll.

    • By completing a purchase without first ordering a sample, the customer accepts the risk of color variance.

     

  2. Returns & Exchanges

     

    • Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened rolls.

    • All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the item.

    • Customers must first contact us at Inquiry@Milliotone.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the product back.

    • Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    • Opened, cut, or installed material cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

    • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed defective by our quality control team.

     

  3. Installation Disclaimer

     

    • Our films are designed for professional use.

    • Any issues caused by improper installation (e.g., glue lines, lifting, overstretching, or surface prep failure) are not covered under warranty or return policy.

     

  4. Chargeback Disputes

     

    • By purchasing, the customer agrees to follow our return/refund process before seeking remedies through their bank or credit card issuer.

    • Any chargebacks filed without first contacting us for resolution will be disputed with evidence, including:

       

      • proof of delivery,

      • product advisories acknowledged at checkout,

      • and photos/videos provided by the customer.

       

     

  5. Final Sale Items

     

    • Custom cuts, clearance rolls, and special-order films are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
