PRODUCT AVAILABILITY Milliotone strives to maintain a healthy stock of all colors; however, it is always best to check with us ahead of time to determine the availability of products. If a product is out of stock, please contact us at inquiry@milliotone.com to obtain lead times and/or be placed on our backorder list. MIXING ROLLS/LOTS Due to the manufacturing process of pigments, different batches or lots of films may have slight tonal variations. Therefore, it is recommended to order multiple rolls together if you anticipate needing more material. Additionally, it is important to record the batch or lot ID of the roll(s) you receive in case you need to order additional material for future use or to perform repairs. Please note that Milliotone cannot guarantee an exact color match when mixing rolls from different batches, so it is best to use the same batch for a particular job. Finally, we cannot guarantee the availability of partial rolls from specific batches, as this is on a first-come, first-served basis. This duty and agreement shall survive any cancellation or termination of your agreement to participate in any of our Programs.
